你将看到什么
Vláčil approaches the past through its textures and conflicts rather than as a smooth sequence of historical milestones. The clash between clans opens onto tensions between Christianity and paganism, people and their surroundings, and love and violence. Give the images and sounds room to establish this world before demanding that every relationship become a neat line on a plot chart. The difficulty is part of the encounter with an unfamiliar social order.
如何轻松入门
Begin by distinguishing the rival clans and the forces acting on Marketa. Allow an initial period of uncertainty instead of expecting a conventional historical adventure. Returning to a relationship or an image can be more useful than trying to account for every event immediately.
